In the second period, King finally put Navan on the board with a goal at 15:50 with assists from his linemates, Moise and Peck.
During the third, Norman answered for Rockland with a goal at 10:41 with helpers from his linemates, Vermaeten and Chabot. Norman quickly followed with a goal at 12:00 with assists from his teammates Gull and Craft.
The Nationals’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Giacobbo as he stopped 21 of the 22 shots he faced. On the other hand, Giacobbo’s counterpart, Carter, and Navan’s defense had a miserable night stopping only 20 of 24 shots.
